Nuwa is a versatile 2D & 3D semiconductor process and device optoelectronic characteristics simulation software. It features a physically accurate, low mesh sensitivity, and highly stable convergent matrix solver with fast computation speed. The software enables self-consistent coupling solutions across multiple physical fields, including optical, electrical, thermal, mechanical, and magnetic fields. It can be applied to analyze the internal physical mechanisms of devices, optimize processes, and improve device structures.

Macondo is a simulation software for wave optics, photonic integration, and photonic design automation (PDA). It employs high-precision finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) and finite element methods (FEM) to accurately solve Maxwell's electromagnetic wave equations. Macondo can be applied to analyze the electromagnetic characteristics of optical and semiconductor devices, optimize device structures, and provide reliable simulation results for the design of high-precision silicon photonic devices and optical chips. When combined with the Nuwa TCAD semiconductor process and device simulation software, it enables joint simulations of Micro-LEDs, detectors, and complex metasurface structures.

Rayzen is a software product used for the simulation and design of optical components and systems. It is primarily applied in the design and development of imaging and non-imaging optical fields. The software enables high-precision and fast simulations of the actual physical processes in optical systems.
